酸性土壤中耐铝放线菌·酵母菌的分离及耐铝性的初步研究

摘    要:目的]为解决环境中Al^3+污染问题提供依据。方法]将来自不同地区的土壤分别在高氏培养基、PDA培养基上分离、纯化出放线菌、酵母菌,继而对比研究放线菌与酵母菌菌株在不同Al^3+浓度影响下的生长繁殖情况。结果]Al^3+浓度为0、1.0、1.5、2.0和2.5mmol/L时,放线菌F1菌株的增长率分别为320.00%、282.00%、148.90%、115.00%和86.80%,其余菌株与之类似。Al^3+浓度为3mmol/L时,放线菌基本不能生长。Al^3+浓度为0、5.0、10.0、15.0和20.0 mmol/L时,酵母菌B1菌株的平均直径分别为5.86、4.62、4.88、4.12和3.26μm,B4菌株与之类似。Al^3+浓度为5.0 mmol/L时,B2和B3菌株的平均直径略有升高,而Al3+浓度为15.0 mmol/L时菌体直径有所减小。Al^3+浓度为0、5.0、10.0、15.0和20.0 mmol/L时,液体培养基中B1酵母菌菌体个数分别为33.88×10^7、20×10^7、8.8×10^7、5.2×10^7和3.2×10^7个/m l,其余菌株与之类似。结论]Al^3+对酵母菌、放线菌都有不同程度的抑制作用。

Isolation of Aluminum-resistant Actinomycetes and Yeast from Acidic Soil and Preliminary Research on Their Aluminum-resistance

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for solving the problem about Al3+ pollution in environment.Method] The actinomycetes and yeast strains were isolated and purified from soil samples collected from different districts by using Gaussian medium and PDA medium,then their growth and multiplication under the influence of different Al3+ concn.were compared and researched.Result] When the Al3+ concn.were 0,1.0,1.5,2.0 and 2.5 mmol/L,the growth rates of actinomycetes strain F1 were 320.00%,282.00%,148.90%,115.00% and 86.80% resp.The other strains were similar to F1.When the Al3+ concn.was 3 mmol/L,the actinomycetes could not grow basically.When the Al3+ concn.were 0,5.0,10.0,15.0 and 20.0 mmol/L,the average diameter of yeast strain B1 was 5.86,4.62,4.88,4.12 and 3.26 μm resp.The strain B4 was similar to B1.When the Al3+ concn.was 5.0 mmol/L,the average diameters of strains B2 and B3 got a little increment and their strain diameters got some decrement when the Al3+ concn.was 15.0 mmol/L.When the Al3+ concn.were 0,5.0,10.0,15.0 and 20.0 mmol/L,the thallus quantities of yeast B1 in per milliliter liquid medium were 33.88×107,20×107,8.8×107,5.2×107 and 3.2×107 /ml resp.The other strains were similar to the strain B1.Conclusion] Al3+ possessed inhibitory action to different extents on yeast and actinomycetes.
