摘    要:目的]进一步研究植物与微生物互作关系,为合理利用菌根技术促进以硬枝碱蓬为建群种适生区的植被恢复与生态改良提供理论依据。方法]利用湿筛倾析-蔗糖离心和透明压片法对塔里木盆地西北边缘以硬枝碱蓬为建群种适生区的土壤AM真菌孢子数量和伴生植物菌根侵染状况进行调查分析。并运用统计分析软件对土壤AM真菌孢子数量和土壤有机磷含量以及土壤全盐量进行相关分析。结果]所采集的4科15种植物样品中,86.67%的植物可以形成菌根,菌根侵染率变化表现为:禾本科>茄科>菊科>藜科。相关分析结果表明,试验范围内的有机磷含量(2.612~40.000 mg/100 g)与AM真菌孢子数量之间关系符合幂方程:y=35.837x-0.627(R2=0.924,P<0.001),两者呈极显著负相关。结论]硬枝碱蓬为建群种所适生区内的伴生植物对菌根真菌具有较高的依赖性,不同伴生植物类型中菌根侵染率变化表现为:禾本科>茄科>菊科>藜科。

Research on the Number of Am Fungus Spore in seepweed Growing Area and its Mycorrhiza Infection
Abstract:Objective] The relation between plant and microbe was studied for the reasonable utilization of mycorrhiza technique so that the theory basis for vegetation restoration and ecological improvement of seepweed plantation was presented.Method] The number of AM fungus spore in soil and its infectious to mycorrhiza of companion plant in the seepweed plantation in northwestern Talimo Basin were investigated and the relation between the number of AM fungus spore and organic P in soil was analyzed.Results] In the collected samples from 15 plant species belonging to 4 families,the mycorrhiza could grow in 86.67% of the samples and its infectious degree showed cereal > nightshade > composite > goosefoot family.The analysis result indicated that the relationship between the number of AM fungus spore and organic P(2.612-40.000 mg/100 g) in soil meet the power equation y=35.837x-0.627(R2=0.924,P<0.001)with negative significance.Conclusion] The companion plant in seepweed plantation depended greatly on the mycorrhiza fungus and its infectious degree of different companion plants expressed cereal > nightshade > composite > goosefoot family.
