千代田锦的组培快繁技术

摘    要:以千代田锦一年生健壮幼芽为外植体,MS为基本培养基,探索了千代田锦的组培快繁技术,为其工厂化生产提供依据。结果表明:最佳启动培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,接种40 d后即可诱导出芽;增殖培养以MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA较适宜;根的诱导以1/2MS(大量元素减半)+0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L IBA为其最适培养基。

Abstract:To provide theoretical guidance for the industrial production of Aloe variegate,its tissue culture and rapid propagation technologies were explored with the haleness plumules as explants and MS as basic medium.The results indicated that the optimum startup culture medium was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.1 mg/L NAA,and the buds could be induced after 40 days.MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.5 mg/L NAA was better for multiplication,and 1/2MS(major elements was halved)+ 0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L IBA was the optimum one for rooting culture.
