| 摘 要： | 目的:评价重型颅脑损伤患者行早期肠内营养支持疗法的确切疗效和减少并发症发生等作用。方法:采用m eta分析方法,对国内已公开发表的5篇文献作分析。按肠内营养疗法组(EN组)与肠外营养疗法组(PN组)进行统计。结果:行早期肠内营养支持疗法组(EN组)对重型颅脑损伤患者有确切的疗效,同肠外营养组比较,血清白蛋白质量浓度差异无显著性(P>0.05),淋巴细胞总数差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:重型颅脑损伤患者行早期肠内营养疗法能达到肠道外营养同样的效果,在提高淋巴细胞数水平方面还优于肠外营养,其在减少胃肠道并发症、防止肠源性感染等方面效果较好,费用低廉,安全,方便。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of early enteral nutrition on patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods: Five reports published in China were collected and analyzed by meta analysis. Results:Compared with PN group,the serum albumin levels had no changes(P>0.05),but the lymphocyte count increased(P<0.05) in EN group. Conclusion: There is no difference in the curative effect between EN and PN groups.The early enteral nutrition support is helpful in the improvement of lymphocyte count,reduction of gastrointestinal complication and prevention of enterogenic infection. |
