摘    要:饲粮低锌(29ppm)和高锌(1029ppm)虽未引起明显的临床症状,但体增重、采食量和饲料利用效率都随饲粮锌水平提高而升高。饲粮高钙(1.36%)对体增重、采食量和饲料利用效率无显著影响。饲粮高锌使肾脏重(P0.05)。

EFFECTS OF CALCIUM AND ZINC LEVELS IN REARING DIETS ON GROWTH BIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS AND TISSUE MINERAL ELEMENT CONTENT IN LEGHORN-TYPE CHICKENS

Abstract:1. Weight gain (P>0.05), feed intake (P<0.05) and feed efficiency (P> 0.05) tended to increase with the increase in dietary zinc level although no apparent clinical syndrome appeared in the experiment. High dietary calcium had no significant effect on feed intake, weight gain and feed efficiency (P>0.05).2. High dietary zinc significantly increased kidney weight (P<0.05), oviduct weight and lenth (P<0.01), and significantly decreased tibia length (P<0.05). High dietary calcium significantly decreased overy weight (P<0.05), oviduct weight (P<0.05) and length (P<0.01).3. Serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly increased with the increase in dietary zinc level (P<0.01). Albumin content were lower in serums of high and low dietary zinc chickens than that of adequate dietary zinc chickens (P<0.05). High dietary zinc significanty increased serum globin content, but, serum total protein content was not affected by dietary zinc level (P<0.05). Serum alkaline phosphatase activity and total protein content were not affected by dietary calcium levels (P>0.05). High dietary calcium significantly decreased serum albumin content, and increased globin content (P<0.01).4. With the increase in dietary zinc, zinc contents in serum (P<0.01), liver (P<0.01), kidney (P<0.05), pancreas (P<0.01), tibia (P<0.01) and oviduct (P<0.01) were significantly increased, but no significant change occured in lung and ovary (P>0.05). High dietary calcium significantly decreased zinc content in serum (P<0.01), but had no significant effect on other tissues (P>0.05).
