西藏牦牛超数排卵技术研究

摘    要:本研究选择24头藏北当雄牦牛为对象,分为组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ和组Ⅲ三组,每组8头,选用PG+FSH、Cu-Mate +FSH和Cu-Mate +FSH +PMSG三种方法分别处理进行超数排卵试验.结果表明:25~60h内的发情率为100%,其中,25~36h为16.67%,37~48h为62.5%,49~60h为20.83%,37~48h之间发情率与25~36h之间差异显著(P<0.05),37~48h之间发情率与49~60h之间差异极显著(P<0.01);组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ黄体数分别为15、11、12个,头均分别为1.875、1.375、1.5个,回收胚胎数分别为7、4、5枚,可用胚胎数分别为6、4、4枚,三组之间在黄体数、头均黄体数、获得胚胎数及可用胚胎数上差异均不显著(P>0.05).说明三种方法都能获得较好的超排效果.

Study on Superovulation of Tibetan Yak

Abstract:A total of 24 yaks from Dangxiong, Tibet, were chosen to carried out the current study, and they were evenly divided into three groups ( Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ) . The yaks in three groups were deal with PG+FSH. Cu-Mate+FSH and Cu-Mate+FSH+PMSG respectively to superovulate. The results were shown as follows: the oestrus rate was 100% from 25h to 60h, in particular, from 25h to 36h the value was 16.67%, from 37h to 48h the value was 62.5% and from 49h to 60h the value was 20.83%; the rates from 37h to 48h and from 25h to 36h had significant difference (P〈0.05) , and the rates from 37h to 48h and from 49h to 60h had obviously significant difference ( P〈 0.01) . It was also found the number of corpus luteum for group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 15, 11, 12, respectively, and the mean values were 1.875, 1.375, 1.5 for each yak; the number of recyclable embryos for group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 7, 4, 5, respectively, and among them the useful embryos for each group were 6, 4, 4; there were no significant differences (P〉0.05) among three groups in the number of corpus luteum, the number of corpus luteum in each yak, the number of recyclable embryos and the number of useful embryos. The results indicated that all of three methods can obtain nice outcome from the superovulation.
