| 摘 要： | 选取150头21日龄断奶仔猪,按体重、胎次分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪,研究壳聚糖对断奶仔猪生产性能和非特异性免疫功能的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加壳聚糖0.01%、0.02%、0.04%、0.06%。试验期21d。试验结果表明,添加0.04%、0.06%壳聚糖能够极显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.01),降低仔猪料肉比。添加0.04%、0.06%壳聚糖可显著提高仔猪血清溶菌酶含量(P<0.05),添加壳聚糖对断奶仔猪血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | Experiment was conducted to determine effects of chitosan on growth performance and nonspecific immunity of weanling pigs.150 pigs weaned at 21d of age were blocked by initial weight and allotted to 5 treatments,each treatment had 3 repetitions,which had 10 pigs.Pigs were fed five diets,based on corn-soybean meal without chitosan(control) or with chitosan 0.01 %,0.02 %,0.04 %,0.06 %.The experiment lasted 21 days.Pigs offered 0.04 % and 0.06 % chitosan increased average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)(P < 0.01),F/G,the content of serum lysozyme (P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the content of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase(SOD). |
