摘    要:农作物秸秆中含有大量的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素,通常需要预处理后再对其进行厌氧发酵。试验采用腐熟剂对水稻秸秆进行生物预处理,研究了不同预处理时间和腐熟剂的添加量对厌氧发酵效果的影响,分析了发酵过程中产气量、p H和沼气中甲烷含量的变化。结果表明:腐熟剂预处理时间2d、腐熟剂投加量为秸秆用量的0.2%时,发酵前期物料p H下降显著、产气量高。预处理时间过长或腐熟剂添加量过多,会导致易降解有机物的大量消耗,不利于产气量的增加和发酵后期甲烷含量的稳定。

The Effect of Straw Rot Agent Pretreatment on Anaerobic Fermentation of Rice Straw
Abstract:The straw contains a high content of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin,which should be pretreated be?fore anaerobic fermentation.The rice straw was biologically pretreated by straw rot agent in the experiment ,the chang?es of biogas production yields,pH and methane content between different treatments were studied to determine the effects of the pretreatment time and the additional of straw rot agent on the anaerobic fermentation.The results showed that the best pretreatment time was 2d and the best addition was 0.2%of the straw quality,under this condi?tion,pH decreased significantly in the early stage of anaerobic fermentation and biogas production was higher.Too long pretreatment time and excessive addition of straw rot agent leaded to consumption of organic matter and wasn ’t conducive to increase the biogas production.In addition,excess addition of straw rot agent also was not conducive to the stability of methane content in the later stage of anaerobic fermentation.
