摘    要:采用人工模拟低温环境的方法,以漾泡、大麻1号和大麻2号3个核桃品种的2年生离体叶片为试材,测定不同温度下其相对电导率、丙二醛、可溶性糖和脯氨酸等抗寒生理生化指标。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低,3个品种核桃的相对电导率逐渐升高,丙二醛和可溶性糖含量则呈现“升高-降低-升高”的变化规律,脯氨酸含量分别呈“升高-降低”的变化规律。综合4个抗寒生理生化指标,大麻1号和大麻2号的抗寒能力强于漾泡核桃。

Abstract:With two-year isolated branches and leaves as test materials of 3 walnut varieties of “Yangpao”,“Dama 1” and “Dama 2”, the artificial low temperature treatment was used to measure and analyze cold-resistant physiological and biochemical indexes of relative electrical conductivity rate, MDA, soluble sugar and proline of the branches and leaves under different low temperatures.The results showed that, along with reduction of temper-ature, the relative electrical conductivity rate of branches of the 3 walnut varieties increased gradually; the MDA content and soluble sugar content of the three walnuts leaves increased firstly, then decreased and increased again;the proline content increased firstly and then decreased.On the whole, the cold resistance of “Dama 1” and“Dama 2” was better than that of “Yangpao”.
