| Abstract: | The article, from the view of the higher-educational-management theory, deals with the relations between the university and the responsible department, between the universities and the colleges, and between the leaders and the masses, which should be handled properly in an amalgamated university. Whether an amalgamated university can be successful or not lies mainly in the proper settlement of these relations, although it is restricted by many factors. |
