中草药合生元对早期断奶仔猪免疫力的影响

摘    要:为研究中草药合生元对早期断奶仔猪免疫力的影响,选取72头28日龄断奶的×长×大三元断奶仔猪,按体重、性别随机分为8组,每组3个重复,分别饲喂添加益生素(0.5%)与不同比例(0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)的不同中草药组方组成的合生元日粮。实验结果表明:合生元可提高LTR%,各试验组比对照一组分别提高5.34%、9.80%、10.39%、1.78%、5.55%、6.80%,且试验三组显著高于对照一组和对照二组(P〈0.05)。试验三组IgG显著高于对照一组、试验四组(P〈0.05);试验三组IgM显著高于对照一、对照二组和其他试验组(P〈0.05);试验三组IgA显著高于对照一组、对照二组和试验五组(P〈0.05)。合生元可提高血清补体含量,试验三组补体C3、补体C4显著高于其他各组(P〈0.05)。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine synbiotics on early weaned piglets immunity, 72 piglets from 28 days old weaned Duroc × Landraee × Yorkshire piglets were selected and fed with synbiotics diets composed of probioties (0.5%), with different Chinese herbal medicine and different proportion (0.1%, 0.3% ,0.5%).The experimental results showed that synbiotica could improve LTR% and the test group was separately increased by 5.34% ,9.80%, 10.39% ,1.78% ,5.55% ,6.80% than the 1st control group, the 3rd group was higher than the 1st and the 2nd control group(P〈0.05).The 3rd group was significantly higher than the 1st control group and the 4th group (P〈0.05).The IgG of the 3rd group was significantly higher than the 1st control group,the 4th group and the IgM was significantly higher than that of the 1st and the 2nd control group and the other test groups (P〈0.05),the IgA was significantly higher than that of the 1st and the 2nd control group and the 5th test group(P〈0.05 ). Synbiotics could enhance the content of serum complement and the content of complement C3 and Ca was significantly higher than other groups(P〈0.05 ).
