氮磷钾对杉苗生长和某些生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用最优化设计安排了氮磷钾三因素五水平(分别为氮:0.0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0;磷:0.0,0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2;钾:0.0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6g/桶)的肥料试验,供试土壤有效氮磷缺乏。结果表明,N_3P_3K_1和N_2P_4K_4是有利于杉苗高径生长和促进杉苗净光合强度、叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性及根系活力等生理特性的优良组合。单施氮或磷或钾及氮磷比例失调的其他处理杉苗的生长速率和生理活性都较低。氮多磷少对杉苗生长、生理的不良影响大于氮少磷多。尿素对杉苗根系活力有一定的抑制作用,施用磷肥可减轻这种为害。在磷肥充足的条件下,硝酸还原酶活性和叶绿素含量随氮肥用量的增加而提高。氮、磷、钾肥的二次多项式模型经电算结果表明,全年适宜的施肥量为N:1.25~1.60g/桶,P:1.04~1.18g/桶,K:1.69g/桶,杉苗整个生育期都表现了较明显的氮磷之间的正交互作用。

Abstract:An optimized design was adopted to arrange the pot fertilizing experiment, including three factors N.P.K.with five levels i.e N. 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0; P: 0.0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, K: 0.0, 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6(g/pot). The soil for the trial was lacking in available N.P.The results showed that N3P3K1,M2P4K4 were better treatments which promoted the growth and physiological activities of Chinese fir seedlings ( e.g.net photosynthesis capacity, chlorophyll content , nitrate-reductase activity and root activity ) .The treatments with single nitrogen, phos--phorus or potasiium, and those with improper proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus showed lower growth and physiological activities of Chinese fir seedlings. The influences on the growth and physiological activities under the condition oi high N and low P were worse than those under the condition of low N and high P. Urea, to some degree, depressed root activities, phosphorus prevented the seedlings from being damaged by urea or relieved the damage. In the case of sufficient phosphorus, nitrate reductase activities and the chlorophyll content increased with the increase of nitrogen. The results of computer calculation for the N. P. K models of polynomial equation indicated that the annual proper N-P-K ratios were N. 1.25-1.6, P. 1.04-1.18, K. 1.69(g/pot). The whole period of growth showed the noticeable and positive interactions between nitrogen and phosphorus.
