几种预处理液对马蹄莲切花的保鲜效应

摘    要:用不同药剂对马蹄莲切花进行预处理,放置于密封的鲜花专用箱中24 h,于自来水中瓶插,观察鲜重变化,观赏品质及瓶插寿命。结果表明,10 g/L蔗糖+100 mg/L Co(NO3)2+150 mg/L Al2(SO4)3+100 mg/L GA3的保鲜效果最好,切花鲜重变化率峰值明显提高,最大花径和花长明显增加,瓶插寿命明显延长。该处理能有效延缓马蹄莲切花衰老,提高观赏品质。

Abstract:Cut Calla Lily are pretreated with different pretreatment solutions,then put into a specially sealed box for 24 h.The weight,ornamental value and vase life in vase water are observed.The results show that treatment with 10 g/L sugar+100 mg/L Co(NO3)2+100 mg/L Al2(SO4)3+100 mg/L GA3NO3)2 proves to be the most efficient,increasing the fresh weight,the max flower diameter,the max flower length and vase life.This treatment could delay senescence and enhance the ornamental value effectively.
