草莓根腐病病原菌的分离鉴定及拮抗芽孢杆菌的筛选

摘    要:为了更好地防治草莓根腐病,降低草莓根腐病对草莓植株的危害,减少本地草莓种植户的经济损失,从本地大田中采集了草莓根腐病病苗,并从中分离出三种真菌。通过分子生物学鉴定和科赫氏法则验证,确定草莓根腐病的病原菌为腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)。同时,利用平板对峙实验,筛选出了两种具有较好拮抗效果的贝莱斯芽孢杆菌913和Rf,有望应用于以后的生防菌株开发中。

Abstract:To enhance the control of strawberry root rot, reduce the damage to strawberry plants,mitigate the economic loss of local strawberry farmers, we isolated three fungi strawberry seedlings infected with root rot in local fields. We identified Fusarium solani as the causative pathogen of strawberry root rot.Two strains,namely Bacillus velezensis 913 and Rf, exhibited significant antagonistic properties against the pathogen in plate confrontation tests. These Bacillus strains are expected to be applied in the development of biocontrol strains in the future.
