摘    要:以"克新13"马铃薯为材料,通过盆栽试验,利用不同浓度的硫酸锰浸种处理,通过测定马铃薯幼苗的株高、茎粗、单株叶面积、叶片叶绿素含量、叶片可溶性糖含量、干物质积累、叶片蔗糖转化酶活性等指标的变化,研究不同浓度的硫酸锰对马铃薯幼苗建成的作用效果.结果表明,适宜浓度的硫酸锰(0.015%~0.045%)能有效地提高叶绿素含量、叶片可溶性糖含量和叶片转化酶活性,促进幼苗株高、茎粗、单株叶面积形成和干物质积累,有利于马铃薯幼苗建成.

Abstract:Kexin 13,a potato variety,was used as a pot experimental material to investiage effects of seeds soaked different manganese sulfate concentrations on seedling establishment through observing changes of plant height,stem diameter,leaf area per plant,leaf chlorophyll content,leaf soluble sugar content,dry matter accumulation and leaf sucrose invertase activity.The results showed that appropriate concentrations of manganese sulfate(0.015%~0.045%)could promote seedlings'plant height,stem diameter,leaf area of per plant formation and dry matter accumulation through effectively increasing chlorophyll content,leaf soluble sugar content and leaf sucrose invertase activity.
