摘    要:目的]建立ICP-MS法测定党参中砷、汞、铅、镉含量的方法。方法]样品经微波消解,采用ICP-MS法同时测定上述4种元素。结果]对于所测元素,标准曲线的相关系数r均大于0.999 2,回收率为96.5%~105.2%,RSD小于10.5%。结论]该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可用于中药材的质量控制,并为不同种类的中药材提供了重金属含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to establish the method of determining the content of arsenic,mercury,lead,cadmium of Codonopsis pilosula based on the ICP-MS method.Method] Four heavy metals contents of sample digested by microwave were determined by ICP-MS method.Result] The correlation coefficient of the standard curve of 4 elements were larger than 0.999 2,the recoveries of that were 96.5 %~105.2 %,and the RSD was less than 10.5 %.Conclusion] This method was simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive.It could be used for quality control of medicines and could offer determination method of heavy metal content for different types of chinese herbal medicines.
