摘    要:以6个中熟水、陆稻品种为材料,研究了在不同土壤水分状况下剑叶中腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)和精胺(Spm)含量的变化及其与抗旱性的关系。结果表明,供水充足(对照)的叶片中Put、Spd和Spm含量随叶片的衰老而缓慢下降,与品种的抗旱性没有明显联系。水分胁迫处理(土壤水势保持-0.05 MPa)后,叶片中Put、Spd和Spm含量均显著增加,

Abstract:With six mid maturing lowland and upland rice cultivars as materials, the changes in contents of putrescine (Put),spermidine (Spd) and spermine (Spm) in the flag leaf and their relationship with drought resistance under different status of soil moisture were investigated. The contents of Put, Spd and Spm in the leaf were decreased with the senescence of the leaf and were not correlated with the drought resistance of the cultivar under the well watered (control) condition. They were significantly increased under the water deficit stress (WS, soil water potential was kept at -0.05 MPa), and the increment trend was Put>Spd>Spm. The polyamines in the leaf were accumulated earlier and for a linger time under WS, and the relative contents (WS/control) of Spd and Spm were greater for drought resistant cultivars than for drought sensitive ones. The leaf water potential thresholds at the beginning of the accumulation of Put and Spd or Spm were (-0 50)-(-0 53) MPa and (-0 61)-(-0 62) MPa respectively for drought resistant cultivars and (-0 72)-(-0 74) MPa and (-0 81)-(-0 83) MPa respectively for drought sensitive ones. The relative contents of Spd and Spm were positively and very significantly correlated with drought resistant coefficients of cultivars ( r =0 921 ** -0 984 ** , P <0 01), and the correlation between the relative content of Put and drought resistant coefficients varied with determination stages. The grain yield was significantly increased when leaves were sprayed with 0 1 mmol/L Spd or Spm at the initial of WS. It was not affected by the treatment of 0 2 mmol/L Put but the grain yield was significantly decreased by treated leaves with 1 mmol/L MGBG methlglyoxal bis (guanyl hydrazone), an inhibitor of polyamine synthesis]. The results suggest that the changes of polyamines in the flag leaf under WS are closely associated with drought resistance of cultivars. Earlier and longer duration of polyamines accumulation in the leaf under WS and greater relative contents of Spd and Spm are the important physiological characters for a drought resistant rice cultivar.
