川桂叶和川桂枝中挥发油的比较研究

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从川桂叶和嫩枝中提取挥发油,出油率分别为1.1%和0.7%(V/W)。利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,分析了挥发油的化学组成,并进行了比较。结果表明:川桂叶和川桂嫩枝挥发油的成分基本相同,但含量不同,川桂嫩枝挥发油的主要成分是芳樟醇(48.76%)、石竹烯(6.885%)、氧化石竹烯(6.141%)、醋酸龙脑酯(4.867%),而川桂叶挥发油的主要成分是芳樟醇(69.018%)、石竹烯(4.578%),氧化石竹烯(2.717%)和醋酸龙脑酯(1.956%)。

Abstract:The volatile oil was extracted from Cinnamomum wilsonii leaf and twig with the steam distillation and the yield was 1.1% and 0.7%(V/W),respectively.The chemical component of volatile oil from leaf and twig was analyzed with GC/MS and then,compared carefully.The experimental results showed that main chemical component of leaf-volatile oil and twig-volatile oil was almost same,but the relative content was different.The main component of volatile oil from Cinnamomum wilsonii twig was Linalool(48.76%),Caryophyllene(6.885%),Caryophyllene oxide(6.141%) and Bornyl acetate(4.867%),while that of volatile oil from Cinnamomum wilsonii leaf was Linalool(69.018%),Caryophyllene(4.578%),Caryophyllene oxide(2.717%) and Bornyl acetate(1.956%).
