摘    要:在热应激条件下,研究2组抗热应激复合添加剂对肉种鸡生产性能的影响。选280日龄青脚麻肉种鸡300只,随机分为II、II、II组。II、I组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加抗热应激添加剂I(中草药+Vc+VE)和II(碳酸氢钠+氯化铵+氯化钾+Vc+VE);III组为对照组。结果表明:与对照相比,I组产蛋率、蛋重、饲料报酬、蛋壳厚度分别提高了9.15%、3.54%、9.50%、7.36%;软破蛋率、死淘率分别降低了19.12%、58.63%;每月每只鸡净收入提高9.66%。II组产蛋率、蛋重、饲料报酬、蛋壳厚度分别提高了5.56%、3.99%、3.91%、4.29%;软破蛋率、死淘率分别降低了15.69%3、9.21%;每月每只鸡净收入提高4.90%。添加剂I效果优于添加剂II,与II组相比,I组产蛋率、饲料报酬、蛋壳厚度分别提高3.41%、5.81%、2.94%;软破蛋率、死淘率分别降低4.07%、31.95%;每月每只鸡净收入提高4.54%。添加剂II、I对蛋形指数、鸡蛋比重无显著影响。

Abstract:Two complicated antiheat stress additives were designed to study the effect of two antiheat additives on broiler breeder performance under the heat stress.Three hundred Qingjiao Ma chickens with 280 days old were allocated into three groups according to a completely randomized design.The birds in group III(control group) were fed with the basal diet;the birds in group I were fed with the basal diet with additives I(include Chinese herb medicine,V_C and V_E),and the birds in group II were fed with the basal diet with additives II(include sodium hydrogen carbonate,ammonium chloride,potassium chloride,V_C and V_E).The results showed that: compared with III,the laying rate,egg weight feed/egg ratio and egg shell thickness in group I were increased by 9.15%,3.54%,9.50% and 7.36% respectively,the rate of the soft egg shell and broken egg shell and death rate were decreased by 19.21% and 58.63% respectively and net income per hen per mouth was raised by 9.66%.Compared with III,the laying rate,egg weight,feed/egg ratio,egg shell thickness in group II were increased by 5.56% 3.99%,3.91%,4.29% respectively,and the rate of soft egg shell and broken egg shell and death rate were decreased by 15.69% and 39.21% respectively and net income per hen per mouth was raised by 4.90%.The additives I was more effective than additives II in the anti-heat stress.Compared with group II,the laying rate,egg weight,feed/egg ratio eggshell thickness were increased by 3.41%,5.81% and 2.94% respectively,the rate of soft egg shell and broken egg shell rate and death rate were decreased by 4.07% and 31.95% respectively and net income per hen per mouth was raised by 4.54%.
