山葡萄新品种“北冰红”结果枝摘心不同留叶数对果实品质和产量的影响

摘    要:对山葡萄新品种“北冰红”结果枝最前端花序前留不同叶数进行摘心处理,对果实品质和产量进行分析。结果表明:留1~2片叶摘心,坐果率、含糖、出汁率和产量低、总酸含量高;留6~7片叶摘心,坐果率和产量高、含糖低、总酸高、果穗松散、出汁率低;留4~5片叶摘心,坐果率和产量适中、果穗大、含糖和出汁率高、总酸低。通过试验可以确定,“北冰红”开花前7~10d在结果枝最前端花序前留4~5片叶摘心最宜,可在生产中推广应用。

Abstract:An experiment of pinching treatment of bearing branch on new breed "Beibinghong" of Vitis amurensis Rupr was done in this research.The results of fruit quality and yield showed that the ratio of fruit setting,yield,sugar content,the juice rate was low,the total acid content was high when retained 1~2 leaves pinching.Fruit setting rate and yield were high,sugar content was low,total acid content was high,the ear is loose and the juice rate was lowwhen retained 6~7 leaves pinching.Fruit setting rate and yield were moderate,the ear was big,sugar content and juice rate were high,total acid content was low.Through the test to determine that pinching left 4~5 leaves 7~10d before florescence should be promoted in the production.
