百饲康(复合微生物制剂)对仔猪生长性能的影响

摘    要:试验基于研究百饲康(以丁酸梭菌为主的益生菌)在仔猪上的应用效果设计,选取三元杂(杜×长×大)仔猪,在三个猪场分别进行饲养实验。通过平均增重、料肉比、腹泻率等指标探讨百饲康(复合微生物制剂)的作用效果。结果表明:仔猪产房(0~28日龄)及保育猪(29~60日龄),配合饲料中添加0.05~0.1%的百饲康,与抗生素组相比,提高了饲料转化率,腹泻率显著降低,肠道内乳酸菌、丁酸梭菌含量显著提高,pH值降低,大肠杆菌含量显著降低。

Abstract:This experiment was designed on the basis of the application effect of BaiSiKang,(a kind of probiotic dominated by Clostridium butyricum) on the piglet.Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred piglets were chosen to be fed in three different hoggeries.The effect of BaiSiKang(complex microecological preparation) was estimated throw average weight gain,feed conversion ratio,diarrhea rate and so on.Compared with antibiotic group,the feed conversion ratio of piglets(0-28 day) and nursery pigs(29-60 day) which were fed with feed containing 0.05-0.1% BaiSiKang was increased and the diarrhea rate was significantly decreased,the amount of Lactobacillus and C.butyricum in intestinal tract was increased obviously,on the other hand,the pH and the content of Escherichia coli were decreased.
