| 摘 要： | 新时期全州县的林业发展,要符合低碳经济发展的要求,构建生态型林业经济产业体系,利用全州县林业产业的市场价值比较优势和劳动力、土地等低成本优势,瞄准市场需求,调整林业结构,大力发展碳汇CDM项目,积极融入国际＂碳汇交易＂,使全州县林业步入良性发展的快车道,为林业向区域化、基地化、产业化和国际化发展打下了良好基础,实现林业经济建设与生态建设双赢。

| Abstract: | Complying with the requirements of the development of low-carbon economy,ecoeconomic forestry system should be the goal of Quanzhou forestry in the new era.Measures of taking the advantages of market comparativeness and low cost of labor,land and so on,aiming at the market demand,adjusting the forestry structure,great efforts to develop carbon skin CDM projects and actively integrate into the international trade of carbon skins will push Quanzhou forestry into the fast track of benign development,laying a good foundation of regional and international development as a forest base and industry and achieving a win-win situation for the forestry construction and the ecological construction as well. |
