盐分胁迫对冷地型草坪草发芽的影响

摘    要:为探讨盐分对冷地型草坪草种子发芽的影响,研究NaCl、NaHCO3单盐对高羊毛、黑麦草、早熟禾3种草坪草种子发芽的影响。结果表明:低浓度NaHCO3、NaCl盐分对黑麦草、早熟禾种子发芽势和发芽率没有明显的抑制作用,NaCl大于0.09 mol/L或NaHCO3大于0.06 mol/L时,发芽势、发芽率降低明显;对高羊毛种子的发芽势和发芽率抑制作用强于黑麦草、早熟禾。NaHCO3对3个品种的发芽势、发芽率强于NaCl。
