| 摘 要： | 植物病原细菌是寄生在植物上的原核生物，个体微小，繁殖速度快。根据其形态学性状进行分类鉴定较为困难，其检测和鉴定技术不同于常规真菌、病毒的检测和鉴定。综述了植物病原细菌检测技术的基本原理及应用。
