致病性和非致病性辣椒疫霉菌群体的遗传多样性

摘    要:从辣椒疫病病土和病株上分离鉴定辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici),得到11个致病性和11个非致病性菌株。利用RAPD分子标记对其遗传多样性进行分析,结果表明受试致病性和非致病性辣椒疫霉菌株分别聚为1个组,但其中3个非致病性菌株与致病性菌株聚为1个组。ITS序列分析发现,受试致病性和非致病性辣椒疫霉菌株分别聚为1个组,但是非致病性辣椒疫霉菌的遗传多样性比致病性的高,这说明致病性菌株可能是单系群起源。此外,在辣椒疫霉菌的遗传表型和地理来源方面,致病性和非致病性辣椒疫霉菌之间不存在任何关系,这表明辣椒疫霉菌的起源并不单独依赖其地理来源。

Abstract:11 pathogenic isolates and 11 nonpathogenic isolates of Phytophthora capsici were obtained from peppers and soil.The genetic diversity of all 22 isolates was assessed by RAPD,sequence analysis of the rDNA internal transcribed spacers,and pathogenicity tests on pepper.RAPD analysis grouped the isolates into two clusters.The pathogenic isolates were in a group,where there were three nonpathogenic isolates.The result of ITS region analysis indicated that pathogenic and nonpathogenic isolates were also separate...
