| 摘 要： | 产犊牦母牛当年发情率很低,直接影响了牦牛的繁殖率。用围产期补饲和发情季节激素处理进行提高产犊牦母牛的发情率试验结果表明:补饲组、激素处理组及补饲加激素处理组的发情率分别为40.54%、23.08%和45.45%,分别比对照组(3.03%)提高了37.51、20.05和42.42个百分点。不同激素处理方案中,PG-C1 FSH处理方案对青年母牛效果相对较好,PG-C1 LHRH-A3处理方案对当年产犊的成年母牛效果相对较好。

| Abstract: | Suckled yak in parturition year had very low of oestrus rate which led to very low reproduction rate.The experiment of hasten oestrus rate were done with feeding in peripartum and treatment of hormone in estrus period.The experiment results showed that oestrus rate of feeding group,treatment with hormone group and feeding adding hormone treatment group were 40.54%,23.08% and 45.45%,respectively,which were more 35.51,20.08 42.42 percent than the control group(3.03%).In differ schemes of hormone treatment,the PG-C1 FSH had preferable effect for heifer,the PG-C1 LHRH-A3 had preferable effect for adult female yak. |
