| 摘 要： | 根据拖拉机驾驶室的振动特点,将其简化成垂向振动、纵向摆动及横向摆动的三自由度空间力学模型。用自编优化设计程序,以驾驶室4个支承点处的绝对传递系数之和最小为目标函数,以隔振器的刚度为设计变量,得到了隔振器的最优刚度。再根据强度条件、稳定性条件对隔振器结构尺寸进行了计算机辅助设计。

| Abstract: | According to vibration characteristic of cab a wheeled tractor cab is simplified as a three-degree-of-freedom dynamic model with vertical vibration pit-ching-rolling and the weighted sum of absolute transmissibility of vibration at four supports as objective function, and with the stiffness of isolator as design variable, an optimization is made, resulting in optimum stiffness of fr-ont and rear isolators. The structure of isolator is computerized in accordance with strength and stability requirements. |
