摘    要:目前植物转基因方法很多,按转基因的机制划分,可以归为3类:直接转化法、农杆菌介导法、自身机制法。概述了植物转基因的方法,指出当前植物转基因技术存在的主要问题,并展望了植物转基因技术未来突破的方向。

Abstract:There are lots of plant transgenic approaches, which could be classified into three types according to the transgenic mechanisms: direct transformation, agrobacterium-mediated technique and way using its own physological characteristics. Several plant transgenic techniques are summarized and the main existing problems and breakthroughs of plant transgenic technique are discussed.
