加工番茄光合特性的研究

摘    要:以里格尔87-5、石红206、石红3号3个加工番茄品种为材料,对其光合特性进行研究。结果表明,在开花期不同品种的加工番茄在9:00~11:00的净光合速率(Pn)不同,里格尔87-5的Pn最大;3个品种在开花期的Pn日变化均呈明显的双峰曲线,2个峰值分别出现在11:00和17:00,13:00左右出现午间的光抑制现象;此外,叶片气孔导度与叶片光合速率的日变化趋势基本一致,呈平行变化趋势,说明气孔导度是影响光合速率的直接因子。

Abstract:In order to afford a theory for tomato planting in the dry area,the characteristics of photosynthesis in tomato leaf was studied.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate(Pn) of the different tomato varieties were different at 9:00 and 11:00 in flowering period,and Pn of Ligeer 87-5 was the highest.The diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate(Pn) in tomatoe leaf were in double-peak curves with decreasing feature at noon.The peak of peripheral leaf was recorded at 11 :00 and 17 :00.The bottom of peripheral leaf was recorded at 13:00.Stomatic conductance was the key factor of midday slump.
