| 摘 要： | 为了更有效地控制鸭疫里氏杆菌病的流行,选择鸭疫里氏杆菌3个不同血清型流行菌株GXRA01、GXRA07和RAGX09制备油乳剂三价灭活疫苗。对疫苗进行免疫接种剂量试验、安全性检验、免疫效力检测以及保存期试验。结果表明,疫苗安全有效,每只雏鸭颈部皮下注射0.5 mL,能抵抗鸭疫里氏杆菌的攻击,免疫保护期为50 d,4℃~8℃疫苗保存期为6个月。研制的鸭疫里氏杆菌油乳剂三价灭活疫苗具有良好的安全性和免疫原性。

| Abstract: | In order to prevent more effectively Riemerella anatipestifer(RA) disease from spreading,the inactivated oil-adjuvant trivalent vaccine against RA infection was developed with RA three different serotypes.These tests were carried out by vaccine immunization doses,safety,immunogenicity and preservative period.The results showed that the vaccine was safe and effective.0.5 mL vaccine was vaccinated in neck of duck subcutaneously and ducks can resist the attack of RA.The immune protection period was 50 days.The... |
