不同水、氮对不同基因型水稻根系生长的影响

摘    要:在正常及PEG模拟水分胁迫条件下,研究不同质量比例(9∶1,5∶5和1∶9)NH4+-N∶NO3--N的氮素营养处理对连嘉粳1号、二优培九、扬粳9538和扬稻6号水稻根系生长的影响。结果表明,模拟水分胁迫促进水稻根系发育,使水稻根系变的细长,总根长、表面积、体积均增加,平均直径降低。粳稻的临界水分胁迫点大于100 g/LPEG,而籼稻的临界水分胁迫点在50~100 g/L PEG之间。正常水分供应条件下,连嘉粳1号水稻根表面积随NH4+-N∶NO3--N的降低呈上升趋势,等量供应铵硝营养促进各品种水稻根体积的增加,促进扬粳9538、扬稻6号水稻根表面积的提高,增加连嘉粳1号、二优培九、扬粳9538水稻的根系直径。模拟水分胁迫条件下,二优培九、扬稻6号二籼稻品种水稻的总根长随NH4+-N∶NO3--N的降低呈上升趋势,各品种水稻根系表面积、体积均随NH4+-N∶NO3--N的降低呈上升趋势,等量供应铵硝营养有利于提高各品种水稻根系直径。

Abstract:A solution cultivation experiment,with/without PEG,was treated under different ration of NH+4-N and NO-3-N(9∶1,5∶5,1∶9) to evaluate the effects of mixed nitrogen nutrition on root growth of rice(Liangjiajing 1,Liangyoupeijiu,yangjing 9538,yangdao 6) cultivated under simulating water stress condition and different of rice variety.The results show that in simulating water stress,the rice root became slightness.The overall length of root,surface area and volume increased.Average diameter bring down.The critical water stress point for the variety of japonicas rice was large than 100 g/L PEG,but the indicas rice was between 50 and 100 g/L PEG.In normal water stress condition,increased the supply proportion of NH+4-N or NO-3-N can add the overall root length of Liangjiajing 1 and Liangyoupeijiu,decrease overall root length of yangjing 9538 and yangdao 6.As decreased of proportion of NH+4-N and NO-3-N,the surface area of Liangjiajing 1 increased.The equality provision of NH+4-N and NO-3-N increased root surface area of yangjing 9538 and yangdao 6,added root volume of any variety rice(Liangjiajing 1,Liangyoupeijiu,yangjing 9538,yangdao 6),increased root diameter of Liangjiajing 1,Liangyoupeijiu,yangjing 9538.In simulating water stress,increasing the supply proportion of NH+4-N or NO3-N may add the overall root length of Liangjiajing 1 and yangjing 9538.As the proportion of NH+4-N and NO-3-N reduced,overall root length of variety rice increased.the surface area and root volume of any variety rice increased.
