| 摘 要： | 为了有效预防和治疗犬子宫积脓,对西北农林科大西安动物医院2013年-2017年收治的犬子宫积脓病例进行调查分析。研究显示,患犬多为6岁~10岁(占70.84%)的小型犬(51.89%);每年的4月~10月份为发病集中期(占80.2%),开放型居多(占57.55%);血常规检查,患犬白细胞(38.89±9.82)×109/L、中性细胞数(26.06±7.89)×109/L、淋巴细胞数(8.46±2.18)×109/L均高于正常值;闭合型患犬的碱性磷酸酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶和肌酐极显著升高(P<0.01),开放型患犬显著升高(P<0.05);闭合型患犬的尿素氮和血清磷显著升高(P<0.05);超声检查显示,开放型患犬以子宫内膜增生增厚为主,闭合型患犬大部分子宫壁变薄、液性暗区明显。表明西安地区子宫积脓患犬以6岁以上小型犬为主,常引起全身症状,以闭合型对机体损伤更为严重。

| Abstract: | In order to effectively prevent and treat canine pyometra,this study investigated and analyzed the cases in Xi an affiliated Animal Hospital of Northwest A&F University from 2013-2017.The results showed that the majority of the affected dogs were small-size dogs(51.89%)aged from 6 to 10 years(70.84%).Every year from April to October,the incidence concentrated(80.2%),the open-cervix type was in the majority(57.55%).The blood routine examination showed that white blood cells(38.89±9.82)×109/L,number of neutrophils(26.06±7.89)×109/L and number of lymphocytes(8.46±2.18)×109/L were all higher than normal values.The alkaline phosphatase,alanine aminotransferase and creatinine were extremely significantly increased in closed-cervix type of dogs(P<0.01),and were significantly increased in the open-cervix type(P<0.05).The urea nitrogen and serum phosphorus were significantly increased in closed-cervix type(P<0.05).Ultrasound examination showed the endometrial hyperplasia and thickening in the open-cervix type,and most of the closed-cervix type dogs had thin uterine wall and obvious liquid dark area.The results showed that canine pyometra in Xi an mainly occurred in small-size dogs over 6 years old,which often caused systemic symptoms,and was more serious in the closed-cervix type. |
