苦白石颗粒治疗仔猪白痢实验性临床试验

摘    要:为评价苦白石颗粒对仔猪白痢的治疗效果,选取85头7日龄~21日龄自然患白痢的仔猪进行临床试验研究。设苦白石颗粒高、中、低剂量组,苦参止痢颗粒组,感染对照组和空白对照组。各试验组病例于用药前进行肠道致病性病原菌的分离鉴定,开始给药及连续给药5 d后,根据症候分级标准和疗效判断标准,观察、记录猪的临床症状和体重。结果显示,从25份检测样品中分离出23株大肠埃希菌,其中2株O157、2株O55和1株O44,对小鼠有致病力;用药5 d后,苦白石颗粒高、中、低剂量组和苦参止痢颗粒药物对照组仔猪的症候积分均显著低于感染对照组(P<0.05),与空白对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);苦白石颗粒高、中、低剂量组和苦参止痢颗粒药物对照组仔猪的平均增重显著高于感染对照组(P<0.05),中剂量组仔猪的平均增重显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);苦白石颗粒高、中剂量组的治愈率为85%,低剂量组治愈率为80%,均高于苦参止痢颗粒的75%。结果表明,苦白石颗粒中剂量组对仔猪白痢具有较好的治疗效果。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the effect of Kubaishi granules on the experimental clinical treatment effect of white scour of piglets,a total of 85 piglets from 7-21 days old that were naturally suffered from white scour were randomly divided into five groups:high-,medium-,and low-dose Kubaishi granules groups,Kushenzhili granules group,infection control group,and blank control group.In each group,bacteria were isolated from the rectum contents of pigs before being treated.Identification of bacteria isolated from the rectal contents of each group of pigs by bacterial smear microscope observation and bacterial biochemistry test before the experiment.The clinical symptoms and weights of pigs were observed and recorded according to the criteria for symptom grading and therapeutic effect,after 5 days of continuous administration.The results showed that the isolate was E.coli.2 strains of O157,2 strains of O55,and 1 strain of O44 were obtained by serotype identification.The isolated strain has pathogenicity to mice.The symptom scores of the Kubaishi high-,middle-,and low-dose groups,and the Kushenzhili granule drug control group were significantly lower than that of the infection control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference from the blank control group(P>0.05).At the end of the trial,the mean weight gains of experimental pigs in the high-,middle-,and low-dose Kubaishi groups and the Kushenzhili granules group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The average weight gain of the middle-dose group was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.05). The cure rate was 85% in the high-and middle-dose Kubaishi groups,and 80% in the low-dose group,which was higher than 75% in the Kushenzhili granules.Considering comprehensively,the medium-dose Kubaishi granules have a better therapeutic effect.
