| Abstract: | This paper summarized research and product development of pear processing technology in recent years in China, focused on the processing of canned pear, pear juice, pear fermentation products and fresh-cut pear, analyzed the comprehensive utilization of by-products from pear processing, and prospected the development direction of pear processing industry in China. |
