摘    要:1994-1997年,先后从山东省主要花生产区监沂、烟台等地采集约1000株不同类型的花生无病 ,进行了植株内主要微生物类群分析。结果表明,不同品种花生的内生菌都表细菌和真菌,未分离到放线菌和酵母菌,细菌以芽孢杆菌(Bacillusspp.)黄单孢菌(Xanthomonasspp.)和欧文氏菌(Erwiniaspp.)为优势种群。其中芽孢杆菌属以巨大芽孢杆菌(B.megaterium)、蜡样芽孢杆

Abstract:About 1000 symptomless peanut plants were collected for the analysis of peanut endophytes from the fields located in different main cultivation regions of peanut in Shandong Province from 1994 -1997. Both bacteria and fungi were isolated from four different typical cultivars of peanut by traditional methods. The main groups of peanut endophytes were very similar with all cultivars tested. Bacillus spp. , Xanthomonas spp. , Erwtnia spp. occurred at a higher frequency that others. They were therefore considered as the dominant genera of endophytic bacteria in peanut plants. In addition, endophytic Bacillus spp. included three species, which were B. segaterium, B. cereus and B. subtilis. Endophytic fungi , such as Monilia spp. and Alternaria spp. , were the main groups in peanut plants. There were many significant differences on the population and dynamics of other endophytes between different peanut cultivars, growth periods and cultivar regions.
