眉豆疫病的病原鉴定及药剂防治

摘    要:广州地区近年出现眉豆疫病,其病原菌经形态,培养性状等方面研究,鉴定为Phytophthora vignae Purss。人工接种除为害眉豆外,不可侵染长豇豆,赤豆,赤小豆及绿豆等。但无伤或刺伤法接种均不能侵染黄瓜瓜条,甜和苹果果实以及马铃薯块茎。试验结果表明,眉豆是豇豆疫病的新寄主,甲霜灵及杀毒矾M8防治效果比较显著。

Abstract:A disease causing wilt of Vigna unguichulata ssp. cylindrica has been observed in recent years in suburb of Guangzhou City. The pathogen, according to its morphology, cultural characteristics and the host range was identified as Phytophthora vignae. Its host range was found to be rather narrow, including only V. unguiculata ssp. sesguipedalis, V. angularis, V. umbekkate and V. rabiata in addition to V. unguiculata ssp. cylindrica. However, V. unguiculata ssp. cylindrica is newly discovered host plant. Pin-punching inoculation was applied in potato tuber, the fruit of cucumber, sweet pepper and apple but observed no infection. It was shown by the present study that the chemicals metalaxyl and sandofan M8 were rather effective in controlling the disease.
