摘    要:中国春单体分析表明,四倍体小麦-粗山羊草双二倍体Am6的抗白粉病基因位于1A染色体上,与24个已知抗白粉病基因比较说明,Am6可能为一新的抗白粉病基因。限制性片段长度多态性分析表明,在分布小麦7个部分同源群的36个探针中未找到与此抗病基因连锁的分子标记。

Abstract:Results of monosomic analyses revealed that the powdery mildew resistance gene in Am6, an amphidiploid between Triticum durum Desf. and Aegilops tauschii (Coss. ) Schna. , was located on chromosome 1A. RFLP markers were analyzed by using bulked segregant analysis. There was no RFLP marker identified that was linked to the powdery mildew resistance gene of Am6 among 36 probes distributed on the 7 ho-moeologous groups of common wheat. Genetic analysis showed that the resistance gene of Am6 was genetically stable in different background of common wheat. It was indicated that most likely Am6 carried a new powdery mildew resistance gene different from the 23 known Pm genes. Lines with powdery mildew resistance gene and good agronomic characteristics, including larger spikes, bigger grains, multi-flower, and dwarfness, were selected from the progeny of common wheat/Am6.
