摘 要: | 黄芪是常用传统中药材之一,具有很高的食用及药用价值,本文采用分光光度计(苯酚-硫酸法)测定不同产地黄芪中多糖的含量,结果显示山西产黄芪多糖含量相对较高。

Abstract: | Astragali Radix is widely used as a beneficial traditional Chinese medicines (TCM), and have high edible and medicinal value.In this paper, the polysaccharide contents was determined with Spectrophotometer method (phenol-sulfuric acid method) , and the results showed that the content of polysaccharides produced in shanxi relatively more than other origins. |
