| 摘 要： | 根据轮库输油管道建设的特殊施工条件,介绍了这条管道通球扫线及试压的方法和过程,对试压爆管的原因进行了分析,指出钢管的制造质量必须进一步提高,直焊缝的冲击韧性有待加强。同时认为,这次通球试压、抢修施工的组织工作比较完善,为使管道在预定日期投产起到了重要作用。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the method and process of the pipeline pigging and pressure test in Lun-Korla oil pipeline according to the pipeline constructed under the conditon of rigorous environment, and analyzes the cause of pipe rupture during pressure test. It is pointed out that the pipe quality must be further improved, the impact flexibility of welding seam remains to be enhanced,and at the same time it is considered that the work which are carried on for the pipeline pigging,pressure test and rush repair are successful, which plays an important role in pipeline commissioning on the predetermined date. |
