基于ADAMS的全地形车操纵稳定性仿真研究

摘    要:基于ADAMS建立刚柔耦合悬架的全地形车虚拟样机模型,运用汽车操纵稳定性试验方法,对该款地形车稳定回转特性、转向回正特性和蛇形试验特性进行仿真分析。结果表明,利用ADAMS软件可以对全地形车的操纵稳定性进行较好的分析与评价,进而达到优化产品设计方案的目的。

Abstract:An all-terrain vehicle virtual prototype model of rigid-flexible coupled suspension is built by using the software ADAMS.Based on the controllability and stability testing procedures for automobiles,steady static circular simulation,steering return simulation and pylon course slalom simulation are performed.The results show that all-terrain vehicle handling stability can be analyzed and evaluated well by using ADAMS software,and then the goal of optimization of product design can be reached.
