干旱胁迫对毛白杨幼苗的生理影响

摘    要:以毛白杨为试验材料,研究模拟干旱胁迫对其叶片相对含水量(RWC)、POD活性、脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:在模拟干旱胁迫条件下,叶片相对含水量较对照组均出现了不同程度的下降,其中模拟干旱胁迫最严重的试验组(PEG-6000浓度为30%)叶片相对含水量下降最为明显;叶片POD的活性较对照组均出现了上升,其中中度干旱胁迫(PEG-6000浓度为20%)的POD活性上升最为显著;脯氨酸的含量较对照组出现了不同程度的上升,并且模拟干旱胁迫越严重,脯氨酸含量上升的越显著。

Abstract:The impact of drought stress on RWC,POD and Pro were studied taking Populus tomentosa Carr as experimental material.The results showed that RWC declined in the experimental group, by the most serious drought stress, RWC decreased obviously;POD activity increased, in the experimental group, by the moderate drought stress,POD decreased obviously; The more serious drought stress, the higher of Pro content.
