摘    要:为探明莱竹、芦竹、巨菌草、象草、稗草等5种菌草苗期的抗盐能力,分别以0(CK)、50、100、150、200、250 mmol.L-1NaCl处理模拟盐胁迫,测定叶片的可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理生化指标及恢复试验后植株的死亡率,并利用隶属函数法对以上指标进行综合评价.结果表明:随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高,5种菌草植株的死亡率、细胞膜透性呈升高的趋势;稗草、巨菌草、象草的SOD、POD、CAT活性,可溶性糖、MDA含量呈先升后降的趋势,莱竹、芦竹的SOD、POD、CAT活性,MDA含量呈升高的趋势;稗草、莱竹、象草、巨菌草、芦竹的半致死NaCl胁迫浓度分别为132.6、129.8、105.9、114.9、164.1 mmol.L-1,其生理指标平均隶属函数值分别为0.58、0.43、0.94、0.06、0.02,5种菌草抗盐能力的强弱为:芦竹>稗草>莱竹>巨菌草>象草.

Abstract:Salt resistances of 5 species of Juncao(Arundo sp.,Arundo donax,Pennisetum sp.,Pennisetum purpureum,Echinochloa crusgalli) were studied,which were respectively stressed by NaCl solution with different concentration of 0(CK),50,100,150,200,250 mmol·L-1.The mortality rate after recovery test was determined.Leaves were analyzed for physiological and biochemical indexes,including soluble sugar content and activity of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase and memberance permeability,malondialdehyde content.The results indicated that when the concentration of NaCl was increased,the mortality rate and memberance permeability of the 5 species of juncao were increased.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) and soluble sugar content,malondialdehyde(MDA) content of Echinochloa crusgalli,Pennisetum sp.,Pennisetum purpureum were first increased and then decreased.While the activities of SOD,POD and CAT and MDA content of Arundo sp.,Arundo donax were increased.The half-lethal NaCl solution concentration of Echinochloa crusgalli,Arundo sp.,Arundo donax,Pennisetum sp.,Pennisetum purpureum was respectively 132.6,129.8,105.9,114.9,164.1 mmol·L-1.Their subordinate average was respectively 0.58,0.43,0.94,0.06,0.02 with subordinate functions analysis,the salt resistances of 5 species of Juncao were evaluated as Arundo donax>Echinochloa crusgalli>Arundo sp.>Pennisetum sp.>Pennisetum purpureum.
