| 摘 要： | 本文在测定 Bt菌液对鞭角华扁叶蜂的胃毒毒力的基础上 ,进行了 Bt菌液单用和与 2 .5 %溴氰菊酯乳油混用防治鞭角华扁叶蜂 Chinolyda flagellicornis(F.Smith)的研究。室内生物测定表明 Bt菌液对鞭角华扁叶蜂有着较高的毒力 ,它的 L C50 值为 91 3 (稀释倍数 ) ;Bt菌液和溴氰菊酯乳油的混合使用存在着增效 ;林间试验的防治效果经济指数表明 ,Bt菌液和 2 .5 %溴氰菊酯乳油在混合药液中的稀释倍数分别为 5 0 0和 2万倍时 ,是最为理想的防治模式

| Abstract: | Based on the determination of the stomach toxicity of Bt. to Chinolyda flagellicornis (F.Smith),the control effects of pure Bt. or mixed with 2.5% Deltamethrin were studied in this paper.The results of bioassay in lab. showed that Bt. has a higher toxicity to Chinolyda flagellicornis, its LC 50 is a diluent of 913 times .The mixture of Bt. and Delltamethrin where synergic. The economic index of control effects showed that it was an ideal control pattern when the diluents of Bt and 2.5% Deltamethrin were 500 and 20000 Times respectively is mixed,to control the pent. |
