摘    要:本文采用成年SD大鼠经冠状动脉口注入内皮素ET,600pmol/kg)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP,170pmol/kg),观察CGRP对ET引起大鼠心律失常作用的影响。发现ET可诱发心律失常的发生,CGRP对ET引起的心律失常具有协同作用。结果提示:作用方式可能是对心肌造成的缺血/再灌注损伤使细胞内钙超载和氧自由大量产生。

Effects Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide(CGRP)on rats arrhythmias induced by Endothelin(ET)

Abstract:The effects of CGRP on rats arrhymias were studied by injecting CGRP 170pmol/ kg into coronary arteries or rats after ET 600pmol/kg was injected.Observating the action of CGRP,it was found that CGRP had the joint effect on rats arrhythmias induced by ET.The result showed that the accounts for rats arrhythmias were not only myocardial ischemia-recerfusion injury,but also intra cellular calcium overload and large amount of oxygen free radical caused by CGRP and ET.
