摘    要:介绍原子吸收光谱法测定肉类罐头中锌的不确定度的评定方法,为建立有效的质量控制方法提供科学依据。通过评定样品消解液的定容体积产生的标准不确定u(V),样品溶液中锌浓度产生的标准不确定度u(C),合成标准不确定度u(x)和扩展不确定度,最后合成整体。原子吸收分光光谱法测定肉类罐头中锌的不确定度为1.0 mg/kg(包含因子k=2)。通过对各不确定度分量的量化分析可以看出,拟合直线求溶液浓度是该方法不确定度的主要来源,其他不确定度分量相对很小,可以忽略。

Abstract:The study aims to introduce the method of uncertainty evaluation of determination of zinc in meat can with flame atomic absorption spectrometry and provide the scientific basis for the establishment of effective quality control method.Through evaluation,the standard uncertainty u(V) was brought with constant volume of the sample digested fluid;the standard uncertainty u(C) was brought with zinc concentration in the sample solution;synthesis standard uncertainty u(x) and expansion uncertainty,and finally the whole was synthesized.The uncertainty of determination of zinc in meat can with flame atomic absorption spectrometry was 1.0 mg/kg(containing factor k=2).Through analysis of quantization of each uncertainty component,it was seen that obtaining fluid concentration fitting straight line was the main origin of uncertainty in this method.The other uncertainty components were relatively small,which could be neglected.
