| 摘 要： | 运用现代控制理论描述了配水渠系水流调控的机理，分析了以Ｓａｉｎｔ－Ｖｅｎａｎｔ方程为基础的系统在调控中的稳定特性及可控性。经优化调控的验算，进一步反应了系统各输入量与系统状态之间的关系。

| Abstract: | By using the concepts of modern control theory,the mechm 2nism of flow regulating in a water distributing system is described,and the stability and controllability in the regulation of the system which is based upon the Saint Venant equations are discussed.With an example of the optimal regulation,the relationships between system inputs and states are presented. |
