| 摘 要： | 目的]完善新疆早实核桃方块芽接技术。方法]于2005~2007年每年的5~7月进行新疆早实核桃露地方块芽接技术试验,研究不同嫁接时间、砧木地径、嫁接高度对核桃嫁接成活率的影响。结果]5月10日到6月30日的平均嫁接成活率变化不大,都达80.0%以上,其中6月20日的平均嫁接成活率达93.9%,7月10日则降至59.1%。用地径≤2.0 cm的砧木嫁接时,随着砧木地径的增大,平均嫁接成活率略降低;用地径≥2.1 cm的砧木嫁接时,平均嫁接成活率由74.9%降到66.0%。随着嫁接高度的增加,平均嫁接成活率逐渐降低。结论]5月中旬到7月中旬嫁接是有效提高早实核桃嫁接成活率的主要手段,且嫁接高度不高于50 cm。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim of the research was to perfect the square budding technology of precocious Juglans regia in Xinjiang.Method] The open square budding technology test was made in May July of 2005～2007 to study the effects of different grafting time,rootstock ground diameter,grafting height on the grafting survival rate of J.regia were studied.Result] The average grafting survival rate changed little from May 10th to June 30th and all reached over 80.0%.Among them,the average grafting survival rate in June 20th reached 93.9% and that in July 10th reduced to 59.1%.When rootstock ground diameter for grafting was equal or less than 2.0 cm,the average grafting survival rate reduced slightly with the increasing of rootstock ground diameter.When rootstock ground diameter for grafting was equal or more than 2.1 cm,the average grafting survival rate reduced from 74.9% to 66.0%.With the increasing of the grafting height,the average grafting survival rate was gradually decreased.Conclusion] Grafting from middle May to middle July was main means of increasing the grafting survival rate of J.regia effectively and the grafting weight was not higher than 50 cm. |
