| 摘 要： | 植物基因工程是大豆遗传改良的重要途径。农杆菌介导法是大豆遗传转化的重要方法之一,许多实验室应用该方法得到了转基因大豆,但目前使用该方法进行转化的效率还比较低,尚需深入研究。综述了农杆菌介导的大豆遗传转化的分子机理,常用转化体系及其优缺点并分析了影响转化效率的因素,同时对今后研究的重点进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Genetic transformation mediated by Agrobacterium is one of the most important methods in soybean transformation.And transgenic soybean has been obtained in many laboratories by this method.and different Agrobacterium stains and soybean cultivars were used.Because of the low efficiency of this method.further researches are necessary.This paper introduced the transformation mechanism mediated by Agrobacterium in plant and receptor system used for Soybean transgenic technology and their advantages and limitations,factors influencing agrobacterium-mediated soybean transformation,research and production results of transgenic soybean.At the same time the emphases were probed into the further researches. |
