| 摘 要： | 针对月季远缘杂交育种中周期长而且效率低的难题,对一些蔷薇、月季及其杂种种子进行了不同萌发条件下的种子发芽及胚胎培养试验,希望找出加快月季育种进程的途径.结果表明通过成熟胚的培养可以去除抑制种了萌发的因素,略去种子休眠期从而缩短月季育种周期.

| Abstract: | When considered how to step up processes in rose breeding,studies are made for finding the effect of seed germination factors.Results of experiments show that the main factor causing rose seed dormancy lies in the inhibitor in seed coat Culture in vitro of mature embryos is achieved successfully in breaking seed dormancy,getting normal seedlings and thus shortening the period of rose breeding. |
