| 摘 要： | 为合理利用桉树人工林剩余物资源,缓解木腐型食用菌菌林矛盾,从6个木耳菌株中筛选出能较好适应桉树木屑培养料的3个菌株,并成功筛选出了3个木耳菌株的适宜桉树木屑原种培养料配方:桉树木屑60%、细木屑20%、麦麸17%、石灰1%、石膏1%、普钙1%,表明桉树木屑对某些木耳菌株的生长具有一定的促进作用,其可选择性用于黑木耳菌株的原种生产。

Screening of Auricularia spp.spawn medium formulas based on Eucalyptus spp.sawdust |

| Abstract: | In order to make rational use of the residual resources of Eucalyptus plantation and alleviate the contradiction between wood rot type edible mushroom and forestry.Three strains adapted to Eucalyptus sawdust culture medium were screened out from six strains of Auricularia spp.,and the formula of Eucalyptus sawdust spawn medium for three strains of Auricularia spp.was successfully screened out.The results show that Eucalyptus sawdust can promote the growth of some strains of Auricularia spp.,and it can be selectively used in the production of Auricularia auricula spawn. |
